Obviously, the name isn't Dallas Tang, but if it is, my condolences. This person was dumb enough to put his email address in the comment and then insult me! (Called me a dumbshit and challenged me to find his IP Address, which I'm sure he isn't even aware what that is).

Even after spending quite a while on my site, and commenting on the item in which I explicitly state I am NOT the person he is looking for, he still asks me where all the Ryan Sheckler stuff is.

Appears to reside in the Grand Rapids, MI area and is a subscriber to Verizon DSL. I didn't get to dig too far but he has port 21, 80, 443 open, however, those are probably just ports on his DSL device and not his actual machine. He is also apparently running Windows and IE 6, so how smart can he be?
