What To Do This Winter

As a general rule, I *HATE* winter in Wisconsin. It\'s snowy, windy, and very cold. However, if I took up this little hobby, I could probably put up with it alot better.
Granted the past few winters here haven\'t been bad at all, either that or I am getting used to the bite. Still, when its bad here, its *BAD*. Of course, I inherited my tolerance for the cold from my mother who thinks less than 70 degrees is *shivering* whether.
Anyway back to the question at hand. Snow kiting looks like a blast and I am dying to give it try. If I were to pick this up, then I\'d have the seasons covered as you can kayak right up until it gets cold, (which I haven\'t the guts to do yet...) and then my winter blahs may actually go away for a bit while kiting. Now if I can just convince Carrie that we can afford it, and that I won\'t get hurt, I\'ll be all set.
