Water...From the Sky...What Next?!?

If it weren\'t for five really good songs from Wheatus, this rant would probably be full of *colorful metaphors* and words that you used to only hear on late night TV.
On with it...
You\'d think for a state that spends a good portion of the year below 32°F and under 8+ inches of snow, that a little bit of water falling from the sky would be no big deal. Apparently people in Madison are *fascinated* with this though and marvel at the incredible skill it takes to manuever the streets safely, and even merge onto the highway.
It is beyond me why when we get a touch, and I mean a *TOUCH* of rain on the ground that people completely forget how to drive. It reminds me of going to the bumper cars at the amusment park. All the cars are packed in this really tight clusterf*ck of vehicles and nobody can go anywhere for ten minutes. It really has to be seen to be believed.
Anyway, at least I had good tunes and the Element happens to have a pretty darn good sound system, for my purposes anyway, to help me through it...
