Rules Were Made To Be Broken

This is just a nit-picky little thing but, I understand that \"rules were made to be broken\" but nowhere is this little statement more true than in Madison.
We have construction going on right outside of our building which is right on State Street. There are signs for the bikers that say \"Walk Bike\" since they have to use the sidewalk while the street is blocked off.
However, most of these bikers either cannot read or believe that the rules do not apply to them and come barreling down the sidewalk anyway and have the nerve to look at you like you are an ass because you aren\'t moving fast enough for them or are \"in their way.\"
I\'m really not an asshole, but these people *FORCE* me to be an asshole...*sigh*
