You wouldn\'t know it, and I\'d rarely admit it, but I am some what of a bird watcher. I\'m not all into trekkin\' all over the globe to cat a glimpse of some endangered species or anything, but one of the things I enjoy most is to sit out in my mother-in-laws backyard and just watch all the birds that come to her feeders. Once of my favorites is the Cedar Waxwing.

Today, just after Liv\'s EEG and just before I left for work, we had about 30 of them in our yard. I did manage to get a couple snapshots, but haven\'t got to get them off the camera yet to see how they turned out.

Anyway, I thought this was really cool. Now that you all know I am some sort of \"girley man\", read on...

We won\'t know anything about Liv\'s EEG until a week from now unless something major is discovered. I feel deep down in my heart of hearts that everything is okay. We\'ll soon see.

The procedure itself was simple enough and it was cool to literally watch Liv\'s brain go through the changes from awareness to full on sleep. She didn\'t like getting all the gook off of her head afterwards, but overall she was a champ. This girl never ceases to amaze, (and worry), us.
