Today\'s adventure began at 3am when our shelf in the shower fell off and wokes us up. Actually, it woke Carrie up and scared the shit outta me. I think I actually screamed and Carrie was the one to calm me down. It must be nice for her know how well I could protect her if we ever did have someone break in.

We had a nice drive up to Lambeau Field for a tour and part II of our adventure began when the cranky wide-ass lady at the cash register wound up being cranky with our entire group. I mean this lady was a &*%^#. I actually ended up reporting her to the customer service folks and really hope she gets, at the very least, talked to. I felt like pushing for a public apology to our entire group, but I decided against it. (Did I mention this lady was as cranky as the person behind the airline ticket counter shortly after a cancelled flight?!?)

Finally we all ended up coming back to the Wingate Inn in Appleton, WI. I must say the front desk staff here have been outstanding! We had originally planned to have the reunion at a local park, but due to Mother Nature\'s ill-timed tantrum, we we asked if we could take over their lobby. The were very gracious and allowed us to do so. We even cleaned up after ourselves and they thanked us. Seems to me the lady of Lambeau could take a lesson or two from the young ladies downstairs. I recommend these folks to anyone.

Carrie\'s family also threw together a surprise baby shower for us. I was blown away and was near tears. (Carrie wasn\'t sure anyone was going to throw one for her, so it really *was* a surprise.) Needless to say its been a *GREAT* day. I thank EVERYONE involved...except the Lambeau Field Nazi....
