I\'ve added a new subdomain to my hosting account. There won\'t ever be anything there for quite sometime, but I guess I just felt like the world needed something like this: ihatethecivic.lifewithryan.com.
In honesty, I am sure there is a site like this already, and therefore I will probably just remove that subdomain, but for some *odd* reason, I felt better as soon as I created it.
I love my Honda Element as everyone who knows me is aware, but those pimped out Honda Civics (the hatchback) for some reason really annoy me. Maybe its that overpriced performance muffler that makes it sound like a chainsaw on wheels, or those low profile tires with shiny happy hubcaps. Or maybe its the punks that drive them like they\'re rally cars. I dunno, but I despise them.
There used to be a civic in my neighborhood with a plate that basically said \"Envy My Civ.\" Perhaps if I had no car at all I\'d envy it. I mean how did this vehicle end up being the one that everyone pimps out?? Did someone just wake up one day say, \"Ya know what? I\'m gonna save up fifty bucks and by a crap-ass Civic, dump ten grand into it, and be a smooth ridin\' fool and pick up chicks\"
Granted, I\'ve got no room to talk, the Element has proven to be and \"ugly-car\" by many people\'s standards. However you don\'t see me pimpin\' out the hubs, and buying ground-effects for the thing. I\'m not hanging fuzzy dice and dingo-balls inside the thing.
Maybe I\'ll go by a Chevette someday and throw some glasspacks on it, soup up the engine with a chainsaw motor and go town. Maybe it\'ll start a revolution...
