While Carrie runs away to a chiropractor appointment, I am home with Liv. Currently she is sleeping near soundly up in her cradle so I thought I\'d take the time out to just do a bit of surfin and really try to wake up.

I really feel like I am not quite pulling my weight at work. Yesterday I did manage to get six hours of good work in. I attempted to sit down around 7 and work a bit more yesterday evening, but couldn\'t get back into the swing of things. I don\'t want to eat up all of my sick/vacation time, so I am going to have to work my little butt off the next few weeks to try to make up for it. (I\'m not even really sure we \"can\" do that where I work.)

Next week we have her EEG, and then a tax appointment on Friday followed by an immediate trip to the north woods if the weather holds out. After that I need to stick close to home and work, work, work. Hopefully after next week things will slow down a bit. Hopefully the EEG will tell us something useful. Hopefully spring is really around the corner.

As I sit here, Liv is beginning to stir a bit, so I\'ll take that as my cue that I am talkin\' too much....
