I can\'t believe I actually uttered the word, but in my own defense, Andy scared the shit out of me, so I wasn\'t exactly in a good frame of mind, but I called him a \"faggot.\"

If there\'s one thing I\'ve learned since moving to Madison, besides that people here can\'t drive, is that there are millions of opinions, lifestyles, etc and who am I to judge. Rather than being the basher (in a verbal sense) that I once was, I\'d like to think I\'ve become more tolerant of other lifestyles. If anything, I\'ve simple become apathetic and not wanting to get involved in any sort of conversation involving such issues.

However imagine my shock, as well as Andy\'s, when that word returned to my vocabulary this morning after Andy snuck up behind me and commenced scaring the hell out of me. I think I was starting to use the \"F dash dash dash\" word and in an attempt to head it off at the pass I blurted out that word.

Talk about feeling like a moron! You know you\'re having a bad day when you start reverting to pre-1985 vernacular. I apologized and Andy says he was not offended, but ironically, I think I was. I mean where the HELL did that come from??

As stated above, since my brain was yanked back into real world rather unexpectedly by Andy\'s rather effective attempt to get my attention I am probably excused for the most part, but yeeesh...

Oh well, at least I didn\'t call him a jewbag or something, (inside joke...)

Okay, now that that is off my chest, at least I can go back to feeling like a moron with a clear conscience...
